Some things about me:

I lived and breathed physics in high school and became one of the best students in Vietnam. Later, I realized I had learned how to compete in physics exams, not how to do physics.
I started learning AI after watching a free linear algebra course from MIT OpenCourseWare. It opened an entirely new world for me.
In my third year of college, I was rejected from every internship I applied to. That forced me to build a project of my own. It became my startup, and I dropped out of college shortly afterward.
Today I run MindPal.

Some things I believe:

Complicated problems are compositions of many small problems.
- If you cannot solve a big problem, either you have not broken it down from first principles or you are still missing one of the small problems.
More attempts increase your probability of success.
- They also widen the surface area for luck to find you.
Most people are more capable than they think.
- Many are limited by their surroundings and by what those surroundings teach them is possible.
- I have been in this trap, and I try to escape it every day.
Life is a game, and there will always be people more skilled than you competing for the same outcome.
- Following the same path as everyone else will usually produce the same range of outcomes.
- To create an extraordinary, generational outcome, you need the conviction to make a thoughtful bet against the crowd.
